Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead the charge in crafting and executing a cutting-edge social media strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and supports commercial success.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of creativity and strategy, blending innovative thinking with data-driven insights. You’ll lead the planning, creation, and execution of compelling content that not only resonates with our audience but also embodies our brand’s unique tone and identity across all relevant channels.

The role is a part of our Marketing and PR Department and you will be reporting to the Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing strategy and goal
  
• Identify and evaluate new social media trends, tools, and platforms to ensure the brand remains innovative and competitive
• Define and monitor metrics for social media success, and create strategies for continuous improvement in key markets
• Lead the ideation, planning, and production of quality content native to each social media platform, ensuring it aligns with the brand's tone of voice and visual identity
• Serve as the primary voice of the brand on social media, fostering a strong, positive, and authentic presence
• Produce monthly reports on social media activities, performance, and competitive landscape, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis
• Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns and content
• Work closely with the E-commerce, PR, and wider Marketing team to ensure a cohesive consumer journey across all digital and offline channels
• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, contributing social media expertise and insights
• Participate in internal projects and contribute to the overall company culture, supporting cross-departmental initiatives if relevant

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute social media strategies aligned with broader business objective 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Familiarity with content creation tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and drive actionable insights
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building
