Job Description
As Store Manager for our Flagship Store in Oslo you will be a key representative for Tom Wood. Your mission is to lead the store to success by training and developing a top-performing team that is passionate about our brand and dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience. You ensure that every customer receives premium service and that the store is a positive and rewarding place to work. You are responsible for achieving all business targets, including sales, staffing, and expense management, while fostering an environment where every team member's contributions are valued.
The role will report to our Head of Retail Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, creating a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and brand loyalty.
Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop your team, ensuring they are well-equipped and aligned with our brand values and customer experience standards.
Sales and KPIs: Contribute to setting and achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
Operational: Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Maintain high standards of store presentation and inventory management.
Merchandising: Plan and execute visual merchandising according to campaigns and seasonal updates.
Brand Ambassador: Represent Tom Wood’s brand values and vision, promoting our products with enthusiasm and expertise.
Qualifications
• 2 + years of proven experience as a Store Manager, preferably in the fashion or jewellery industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Passion for fashion and jewellery, with an interest in learning about our brand and products
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and create a unique in-store experience
• Fluent in Norwegian and English
