As we continue on our growth journey, we are now going to strengthen our team with a Digital Marketing Specialist.
About the role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist with a performance-driven focus, you will play a key role in driving Tom Wood’s global growth. By leveraging data and analytics, you will optimize digital campaigns, paid advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), and performance analytics. You will identify and implement impactful strategies that boost traffic, enhance conversions, and drive sales.
Collaborating closely with the E-commerce team, Growth Hacker, and other key stakeholders, you will ensure that all marketing initiatives are strategically aligned with business objectives, contributing to our brand’s global expansion.
The role is a part of our E-Commerce team and reports directly to our Head of E-commerce.
Main tasks and areas of responsibility
- Develop and implement digital advertising strategies to meet acquisition and revenue targets
- Optimise on-site and off-site SEO efforts to enhance organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website
- Analyse performance data, including campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and conversion rates, to refine marketing campaigns and improve the customer journey
- Work strategically with the Growth Hacker to leverage data insights for global expansion, identifying key markets and audience segments
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure consistent messaging, brand alignment, and effective growth tactics across all digital platforms
Skills needed
- Expertise in digital marketing, including paid social in all channels, Google Marketing platform, SEO, performance analytics, and data-driven strategy
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to assess campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Meta ads, TikTok for business, YouTube ads and Google Analytics
- Ability to experiment with and implement innovative growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and brand visibility
- Experience in strategic planning for global expansion using market data and growth insights
