About the role
As our Logistics Operations Manager you will serve as the operational backbone of Tom Wood’s logistics team, ensuring the seamless daily flow of goods across all channels. Bridging strategic direction with hands-on execution, you’ll optimize systems, champion process improvements, and uphold exemplary logistics performance that directly impacts our reputation for reliability, quality, and innovation.

The position reports directly to our Head of Logistics and is based at our HQ in Oslo.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily logistics operations: receiving, packing, and shipping across all channels (wholesale, e-commerce and retail)
- Supervise and prioritise daily workload and task execution within the team
- Monitor inbound deliveries, warehouse activities, and inventory flow for optimal efficiency
- Act as the primary liaison between logistics and the other departments and teams to ensure optimal cross-functional alignment and communication
- Maintain and optimize logistics systems (Business Central, WMS, NShift), monitoring transactional flows and troubleshooting issues
- Execute departmental sustainability actions, contributing to our ambitious emission reduction goals and identifying opportunities for further impact
- Responsible for managing wholesale returns and claims, while supervising the e-commerce returns and claims operation
- Lead operational escalations and resolve delivery or inventory issues promptly
- Drive warehouse improvements and pilot innovations to enhance efficiency and customer experience
We are looking for someone who
- Demonstrated experience in logistics operations, warehouse management or supply chain coordination
- Has strong planning and coordination skills
- Experience with sustainability practices in logistics
- Preferably 3-5 years experience in a similar logistics management role or a highly relevant senior logistics coordinator role
- Proven ability to work in teams and drive cross-departmental projects
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and efficiency
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in English
- Experience managing digital logistics systems
