About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Marketing & PR team at Tom Wood. This role is pivotal in the planning and execution of all brand and marketing initiatives. You will ensure that campaigns and brand projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
As Project Manager, you will play a central role in building Tom Wood’s global brand presence, driving brand desire, and supporting commercial growth, with a special focus on our key markets.
The role reports directly to our Head of Marketing and is located at our HQ in Grünerløkka, Oslo.
Key responsibilities
Campaign & project management
- Lead the planning, execution, and follow-up of brand and marketing initiatives
- Develop clear campaign plans with defined timelines, KPIs, and reporting structures
- Safeguard consistency in brand identity across all customer touchpoints
Stakeholder & team coordination
- Act as the main link between internal teams (marketing, product, retail, e-commerce, wholesale, logistics) and external partners (agencies, freelancers, collaborators)
- Ensure clear and timely communication on project milestones, deliverables, and progress
- Build strong cross-functional collaboration to align all stakeholders toward shared goals
Process optimization
- Develop and refine workflows that enable seamless campaign delivery
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks while introducing structured routines and smarter processes that improve efficiency and quality
Innovation & creative development
- Explore new formats, channels, and campaign concepts to position Tom Wood as a bold and distinctive global brand
- Support the creative development of campaigns and tools that push beyond traditional approaches

Who we are looking for
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project or campaign management, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or creative industries
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Monday, Basecamp, Asana)
- A proven track record of delivering projects on time and at high quality
- Creative mindset with the ability to explore new formats and ideas
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
